February 1, 2021, marks the grand release of the McKee Homes 2020 Floorplan Collection. The existing line of floorplans was reviewed by our leadership team and updated in 2020, designating them our 2020 Floorplan Collection. They are now being built in most of our new home communities.
The McKee Homes 2020 Floorplan Collection includes our most popular plans with many improvements and updates based on feedback from buyers, Realtors, and our own construction and sales teams. Many of the changes are minor as far as the look and flow of the layout but allow us to give our customers more of what they want without the extra cost of features and options they don’t need.
We still offer a complete selection of upgrades and options through our design studios to all customers so they can personalize their home to make it their own dream home. McKee Homes currently has design studios in Wilmington/Leland and Fayetteville/Moore County and is in the process of building a new design studio in the Raleigh area.
The Beaufort 2020 Floorplan
Bedrooms: 4 to 5 | Bathrooms: 3.5 to 4.5 | Square Footage: 3,262 to 3,584
The Beaufort 2020 floorplan features a large open-concept living area with 9 ft trey ceilings. The living room flows freely into a grand, contemporary kitchen with breakfast nook and chef-style island that serves as the ideal eating bar.
The relaxing owner’s suite offers an immense walk-in closet, shower with seat and dual-sink vanity to round out this private retreat. The large laundry room is conveniently located on the second floor with most of the bedrooms.

The second floor boasts a beautifully appointed owner’s suite with a large walk-in closet and private bath. This lovely home also features two additional bedrooms upstairs along with a huge game room and ample laundry room.
