About Our Warranty Program

Our job is to protect your home investment. When you purchase your new home, you will receive:

INFORMATIONAL DOCUMENTS:

  • Welcome Letter
  • McKee Homes Home Owner Maintenance Guide
  • 2-10 Warranty Booklet
  • Homeowner Portal Instructions

THE FOLLOWING PROTECTION:

  • 10 YEARS of structural warranty
  • 2 YEARS of distribution systems.
  • Electrical: wiring and connections
  • HVAC System: registers, ductwork, refrigerant and drain lines
  • Plumbing System: pipes and fittings
  • 1 YEAR workmanship & materials defects

**If you sell your home, the warranty is fully-transferable, thereby increasing the resale value of the home.
