Ken, my building super, is a national treasure.  I have been involved in new home sales for over 20 years, and Ken would be the type of super that I would hope for. He would make my job so much easier. 

We were updated on progress weekly and questions/concerns were handled quickly and professionally. The layout of our home is perfect - it's our dream home. 

I like the exterior/interior color options. Joe was very patient and answered all of my questions at all meetings prior to closing. Since closing, he has checked in while in the neighborhood and any issues or questions have been quickly addressed. 

We bought out dream home from Christy at McKee in June of 2024. We knew from the minute we met Christy that we were in the right place. She was polite and professional and guided us through the process flawlessly. We bought a lot and home to be built while we went home to NY State. McKee kept us updated throughout the process with emails and photos of the progress. We did a mail-away closing which worked very well for us. We are now in our new home and couldn't be happier. We liked that we were kept informed at every step of the process. The home was clean and ready for our arrival.

I love our McKee home. It is beautiful and spacious for the price. As soon as we had a minor issue, they came out and corrected the problem. Mark Hill, the Quality Manager, is a super nice guy and very thorough his work. This home was a great decision and investment.

We picked our floor plan, color scheme and upgrades. We had a special request for certain out of the norm options (outlet in the ceiling for projector). They worked hard and finished our house almost 3 months ahead of schedule.

McKee Homes has been very easy to work with. Any issue that has risen they have addressed, and either resolved or are in the process of resolving. They value their home buyers opinions and try to make building/buying a home as easy as possible.

Good day! I’m writing because I’m an agent in Moore County. My clients wanted to see a McKee home in Fayetteville and Brenna agreed to meet us. She was flexible with her time as we requested that she arrived early and we kept her beyond the time we requested. She was a forward thinker opening up to McKee homes that were not on our list. She was knowledgeable about the area, the product in turn I was able to focus my attention on my client’s baby so they could focus on the home.

This was our first home purchase in NC after moving from CA we are enjoying our new home and are very happy to have done business with Mckee Homes because of the following factors:

The Owner Pat: he was the first major factor for us to buy one of his homes. Showed up to meet with us on our first request and showing his interest and being a nice and super friendly and caring person considered very positive and admirable and nowadays it is hard to find business men like him to deal with. I am not an easy customer and he was always there for us whenever there was and a question or concern even answering my emails during his family vacation in Alaska. These kind of behaviors and attitudes meant a lot to us.

The construction manager Mike: very knowledgable person who was always there and answered questions for a not-easy customer like myself. I have always enjoyed talking to him and always respect him the way he talked and cared about Mckee's customers, including myself. Mike, thanks a lot and McKee company should be blessed to have you on it's team.you are a valuable asset to them. You are the rock.

The last and not the least is my realtor Mrs. Corinne Smith. Super nice and a gentle lady and the most important one is being honest. She is knowledgable and through. She was representing us fairly and was on our side all the time . Thanks Corinne for what you have done for us and I am sure you will be always successful as you are now because of your positive attitude and being there for your clients. Let me first say thank you for a well coordinated day, it went like clock work. Everything that was scheduled for today was completed and looks very good.

It was reassuring to have Mike Shean here overseeing the repairs and even doing a lot of them himself. I recall the first day I met Mike (his 2nd or 3 day), he said "Whatever I can do to help, I will do it."

This day was a complete success, because all the parts that needed to move, actually moved. Mike was certainly prepared and everything that was needed for each was available.

Living in 78 North is the best decision we could’ve made when we relocated from NY. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood, great for walking, running or biking. Everything we need in a small town is 5-10 minutes away and Raleigh’s airport and bigger city options are less than an hour away But the best part of 78 North is the people. Young families playing in the park, retirees relaxing on their porches and everything in between. In less than 9 months we know most everyone by name and feel like this is going to be home for a long time.
