I like the exterior/interior color options. Joe was very patient and answered all of my questions at all meetings prior to closing. Since closing, he has checked in while in the neighborhood and any issues or questions have been quickly addressed. 

My family and I love our home and community. The sales rep and the foreman was very professional and friendly. I have no negative remarks about McKee Homes. Our family was the first homeowner here in our community. We are excited to be here.

Sales rep was fantastic. Best I've experienced in new construction. I think overall McKee builds a good quality home and at a reasonable price. The fact I would build with McKee again says it all.

We bought a lot and home to be built while we went home to NY State. McKee kept us updated throughout the process with emails and photos of the progress. We did a mail-away closing which worked very well for us. We are now in our new home and couldn't be happier. We liked that we were kept informed at every step of the process. The home was clean and ready for our arrival.

I am not new to the building process. I have built homes with Centex (3x), David Weekly, KHOV, Landmark 24, and DR Horton. I've also bought numerous existing homes and did a custom build. While no one builder is perfect, some are better than others.

During this current house hunting journey, I've met with 4 custom builders in Pinehurst and Southern Pines as well as with Caviness & Cates, Ascot Construction, and one other tract home builder in Southern Pines. I've walked in at least 50 homes and looked at 100s online. 

How did I end up with McKee? Ronnie Kaminsky. I am a straight-up no b.s. kind of a person. I honestly have no clue as to why I trusted her because sales people sell and embellish things at times. However, Ronnie came across as genuine and honest. She did not disappoint. The house was already under construction and we asked for numerous changes. Obviously, to no avail. It was discouraging, but understandable due to the tract building process. Ronnie still encouraged us and we went to contract. Out of the previous 7 houses built, I've never written a letter like this. We went to contract because of Ronnie. She was proactive to whatever I sent her to include the inspection. I've told Ronnie yesterday that I have never experienced the level of commitment, genuineness and caring she exhibited with a builder before. NEVER. It is without a doubt, Ronnie was the reason why I bought and she was the reason my "A" type personality was subdued.

With that said, I met Mike Valentine for the first time during the walk through. He was better than I expected. Here is why. I gave Ronnie the inspection report last Tuesday or Wednesday. Mike had everything on that list completed by the walk through yesterday. I honestly was floored. Seriously. I mean the house could still fall apart when I move in, but this was the quickest walk through I've ever been through and it was because of both of them. 

Ronnie and Michael made this experience such a positive one.

I love our McKee home. It is beautiful and spacious for the price. As soon as we had a minor issue, they came out and corrected the problem. Mark Hill, the Quality Manager, is a super nice guy and very thorough his work. This home was a great decision and investment.

We picked our floor plan, color scheme and upgrades. We had a special request for certain out of the norm options (outlet in the ceiling for projector). They worked hard and finished our house almost 3 months ahead of schedule.

McKee Homes has been very easy to work with. Any issue that has risen they have addressed, and either resolved or are in the process of resolving. They value their home buyers opinions and try to make building/buying a home as easy as possible.

Best experience any can ask for. Wonderful service. Brenna Patten was awesome. Everyone was so nice and polite. We absolutely would refer McKee Homes to anyone. ♥️

Good day! I’m writing because I’m an agent in Moore County. My clients wanted to see a McKee home in Fayetteville and Brenna agreed to meet us. She was flexible with her time as we requested that she arrived early and we kept her beyond the time we requested. She was a forward thinker opening up to McKee homes that were not on our list. She was knowledgeable about the area, the product in turn I was able to focus my attention on my client’s baby so they could focus on the home.

Living in 78 North is the best decision we could’ve made when we relocated from NY. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood, great for walking, running or biking. Everything we need in a small town is 5-10 minutes away and Raleigh’s airport and bigger city options are less than an hour away But the best part of 78 North is the people. Young families playing in the park, retirees relaxing on their porches and everything in between. In less than 9 months we know most everyone by name and feel like this is going to be home for a long time.

Casey was amazing!!!!!! He was very thorough!!! He was great the whole time!!! He did everything he said that he would do!!! I love this floor plan!!! The best Home I have seen!!
