McKee Homes released the Epcon 2020 Floorplan Collection in early 2021. The existing line of Epcon floorplans offered by McKee Homes were reviewed by our leadership team and updated in 2020, designating them our Epcon 2020 Floorplan Collection. They are now being built in our Epcon communities from the Raleigh Triangle, including Clayton and Fuquay-Varina, to Wilmington and Leland near the North Carolina coast.
What’s an Epcon floorplan? Epcon is a home building company offering franchises to other builders dedicated to serving the luxury, low-maintenance, ranch-style home niche for consumers looking to downsize from their existing home and geared toward the 55+ homebuyer. The homes are specially designed with high-end features and options, open-layout design for plenty of natural light and wide doorways inside the house and easy access with minimal stairs between inside and outside areas. With an Epcon home, homebuyers know they can live in their home into retirement without having to make any modifications.
McKee Homes has created our own custom version of the standard Epcon single-story floorplans including a Bungalow elevation with a second-floor guest suite.
We offer a complete selection of upgrades and options through our design studios to all customers so they can personalize their home to make it their own dream home.
