Hey Jenn,

First off, we want to thank you and John for all of your help. You really took a lot of stress off of us and made us feel special. I wanted to let you know you over paid on the last rent check to Audubon in the amount of $105 and some change, I'm sorry I don't have the exact figure. The apartment management will be sending us a check for the overage and we will forward that amount to you. They said they would get this money to us within the next 30 days. I would like to apologize for the last minute addition to the plans. My husband and I discussed the internet wiring of the house and decided to hard wire each room in order not to lose any of the speed. The wireless option will always be available to us but with a house this size even multiple routers will lose their signal strength.

So far so good! We closed on 25 October, and are pretty much moved in at this point. We are very happy in our new home, and we could not have picked a better location than Oakmont. Thanks to our project manager Dave for making things happen so we could close before 1 November. I did a lot of research before deciding to have McKee homes build our new house, and so far I have been very pleased with the results.
