The McKee Homes Espree Collection floorplans are a new line of intelligently designed homes ready for your family. The open layout makes these homes more versatile and inviting whether you are entertaining guests or enjoying family time.

Open layout floorplans have an abundance of natural light inside, better traffic flow and improved sociability and communication with limited interior walls in the main living space. This makes it easier to keep track of young children and gives you more furniture layout options.

The Espree Collection floorplans range from 1,512 to 2,186 square feet and have 3-4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and single or two-car garage. Each Espree floorplan has three different front elevations to choose from and a large selection of exterior color options. The interior details and finishes have been selected by our design team to offer the best value for each home.

McKee Homes has recently opened three new communities in the Wilmington, NC area that feature our single-story floorplans from Epcon. With two additional Epcon floorplan communities in the works, McKee Homes is dedicated to developing Wilmington, NC single-story homes.
