The McKee Homes Espree Collection floorplans are a new line of intelligently designed homes ready for your family. The open layout makes these homes more versatile and inviting whether you are entertaining guests or enjoying family time.

The Espree Collection floorplans range from 1,512 to 2,186 square feet and have 3-4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and single or two-car garage. Each Espree floorplan has three different front elevations to choose from and a large selection of exterior color options.
